Information on the processing of personal data in relation to subscriptions to the newsletter

To subscribe to the mailing list that allows you, automatically and free of charge, to receive the Newsletter on Africa e Mediterraneo, you must fill out the form “subscribe to the newsletter” on the website www.africaemediterraneo.it.
The Newsletter is sent by e-mail only to those who make an explicit request, by filling out the form “subscribe to the newsletter” on the website and by authorizing Africa e Mediterraneo to process their personal data.

Data processing related to the newsletter service takes place at the aforementioned location Lai-momo and is the responsibility of the staff working there.
Nature of data collected
The data that Africa e Mediterraneo will collect and process is exclusively that which is used for the purpose of processing (name, surname and e-mail address).
Purpose of the data processing
The data provided by the user is processed for the purposes of subscription to the service, through which the user can obtain the automated sending to the email address indicated, of the newsletter containing information and communications relating to the initiatives, activities and projects of the cooperative, and also the initiatives, activities and projects of the cooperative Lai-momo, connected to the association.
Recipients of the personal data
The personal data provided by users is used exclusively to send the newsletter and will not be disclosed to third parties. It will be disclosed to third parties within the limits and according to the purposes indicated.
Period of retention of the personal data
The data will be kept for a maximum period that coincides with the expiry of the legal accounting obligations.
Methods of data processing
The collected data is processed using computer tools.
Appropriate security measures are implemented to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
Optional provision of data
The provision of data is optional. The refusal to provide data makes it impossible to receive the newsletter service.
The rights of the interested parties
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to:
- ask the data controller to access their personal data, rectify, cancel or limit the processing that concerns them, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to data portability;
- withdraw their consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given prior to the revocation;
- file a complaint to a supervisory authority.
